Most schools and centers welcome friends of Montessorian as volunteers for active services, and especially invite and encourage parental participation in their child's education, and thus become better acquainted with philosophy and practice of Montessori, as well as the practices in your child's classroom. Some of the activities parents are invited to volunteer are to help with specific events, field trips or reading during class time.
